Background

Volunteering is an important part of Girl Scouts' rich history. We depend on the commitment of dedicated adults, who serve girls through many great volunteer opportunities. However you choose to be involved, you will inspire
girls and help them to build leadership ability and develop to their full potential. Girl Scout volunteers gain wonderful rewards from working with girls, as well. We welcome volunteers who represent the diversity of the world we live in—men as well as women, senior citizens or younger adults, people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, and of course our treasured alumni—anyone who wants to help make a difference in the lives of girls.

Whatever your experience, interest, or schedule Girl Scouts has a volunteer oppurtunity for you. We offer flexible volunteer oppurtunities at one day events,series programs,afterschool programs,seasonal and year round. You can volunteer in large and small groups, in your community or at our offices and camps.You will work with Girl Scout staff to help choose or devleop the volunteer oppurtunity for you!
